About the role

  • Responding to customer calls and emails
  • Data entry and prepare invoices.
  • Maintain data system and fixed when necessary.
  • Administrative support for sales team.


TOKYO FOOD Head Office:Unit A 37-41 Carbine Rd, Mt Wellington, Auckland


Monday to Friday 5:00am-5:30pm (40 hours a week)


  • Basic speaking and writing skills in English (fluency in other languages like Japanese, Korean or Chinese is a big plus, but if not essential)
  • Time management skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Be good at maintain documentations.
  • Have work rights in NZ (Working holiday welcome)
