Office Administrator – Auckland

Your background with administration is a big plus, but full training provided.

Position Title:

Office Administrator

※This role is one-year fixed term contract for a replacement of expected-mother-employee.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Human Resources related administrations
  • Employee attendance record check
  • Claiming and dealing with business insurance
  • Support retail stores etc

Place of Work:

TOKYO FOOD Auckland Head Office: 37-41 Carbine Road, Mt. Wellington, Auckland

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday

40 hours a week (7:00-16:00)

Suitable candidates are:

  • Friendly and honest
  • Self-learner
  • Holing right to work in New Zealand (Working Holiday Visa is not applicable)
  • Intermediate English level required
  • Business level Japanese required
