【Fixed Term】Warehouse Administrator – Auckland

Position Title:

Warehouse Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Updating data in the system, such as stock quantities, performing stock reconciliations and reporting, and supporting periodic inventory counts
  • Managing inventory processes from receiving to shipping
  • Investigating the causes of inventory discrepancies, performing stock adjustments to maintain accuracy, and managing returned goods
  • Providing support to the warehouse team as needed during staff absences or peak workload periods

Place of Work:

TOKYO FOOD Auckland Head Office: 32 Bowden Road, Mt. Wellington, Auckland

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday Minimum 30 hours a week (7:00-16:00)

Employment type: Fixed-term contract from May 2026 to the end of March 2027 (The term may be adjusted)

Salary: $27 per hour ~

  • Motivated and proactive (candidates with little experience but strong motivation will be given priority)
  • Must hold a valid work visa
  • Able to communicate in Japanese or English
  • Friendly, with strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
