Position Title:

Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Employee records managements
  • Benefits administration
  • Insurance claims processing
  • Company Vehicle management
  • Other general affairs duties etc

Place of Work:

TOKYO FOOD Auckland Head Office: 32 Bowden Road, Mt. Wellington, Auckland

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, Weekends and public holidays off

40 hours a week between 8:00-17:30

Suitable candidates are:

  • Friendly and honest
  • Self-learner
  • Holing right to work in New Zealand (Working Holiday Visa is applicable)
  • Intermediate level of English required
  • Able to drive and knowledgeable about vehicles
