Office Administrator – Auckland

Your background with administration is a big plus, but full training provided.

Position Title:

Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Data entry
  • Handling customers’ enquiries
  • Other general affairs duties etc

Place of Work:

TOKYO FOOD Auckland Head Office: 32 Bowden Road, Mt. Wellington, Auckland

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, Weekends and public holidays off

Minimum 30 hours a week between 8:00-17:30

Suitable candidates are:

  • Friendly and honest
  • Self-learner
  • Holing right to work in New Zealand (Working Holiday Visa is not applicable)
  • Business level of English required
  • Intermediate level of Japanese required
  • recruitment, human resources, quality control, order takers experience – welcome.
