Full time Team Support Staff- Auckland
We are looking for a confident new team member to join as our Retail team support staff!!
Position Title:
Team support
Responsibilities:
- Support team for timesheets and expenditure check, and reminders in relation to company vehicle services
- New item registrations and tock checking
- Customer support via phone calls and emails
- Support advertising and promotions, collect monthly supplier reports
- New business proposal and data preparation as required
Place of Work:
TOKYO FOOD Auckland Head Office： 32 Bowden Road, Mt. Wellington, Auckland
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday (8:30 – 17:30) – 40 hours per week
※You may occasionally be asked for overwork
Suitable candidates are:
- Be able to communicate Japanese and English
- Good at building relationships with team members
- Holing right to work in New Zealand (Working Holiday Visa is not applicable)
- Able to work with Microsoft Excel and Word
