Position Title:
Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
・Handling phone calls and emails
・Coordinating orders from customers
・Data entry, Organizing documents
・Light warehouse duties
Place of Work:
TOKYO FOOD Head Office：32 Bowden Road, Mt. Wellington, Auckland
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday
Minimum 3 days a week (8:00-17:30)
Suitable candidates are:
・Friendly and honest
・Experienced is a big plus but not essential
・Self-learner
・Holding a valid work permit status(Working Holiday Visa Welcome)
・Be able to write and respond to simple emails in English and Chinese
